C.O.V.E.R. is a ministry of Healing Hope Recovery & our Blessing Box Program, created to serve the unhoused and anyone in need or crisis. Our Blessing boxes (program) are placed in various locations throughout Clinton County (with plans to expand), where neighbors can drop off or pick up essentials.
Blessing Box Program
Take what you need, leave what you can — spreading hope and kindness in our community.
The Blessing Box program is a ministry of Healing Hope Recovery, created to serve the unhoused and anyone in need or crisis. Our boxes are placed in various locations throughout Clinton County (with plans to expand), where neighbors can drop off or pick up essentials like:
- Blankets & warm clothing
- Winter gear
- Hygiene products
- Nonperishable food
- Other everyday necessities
Important Guidelines
- Respect others and their property.
- Take only what you need so that others may be helped too.
- Keep the area clean
- Do not block the alley, business, or linger in parking lots.
- Keep voices and noise down to respect nearby neighbors.
- Please stay out of private yards.
- Be kind and polite to those around you.
- Do not come to the front of the property unless arrangements have been made.
- Please do not remove tables or totes.

The Blessing Box is located in an alley or place of business. Please do not go to the house or block normal business access. Do not congregate around the business or in parking lots.
You may only access the blessing box one time per day to allow others to obtain what they need. We must share. All locations are monitored by cameras or other means of legal appropriate security.
